Title: WASM metrics name should have enrichment data

Description:
When I create WASM metrics, they get created with their name, as-is. For example plugins_wasm_hello_world_request_headers_added{} 3.

It will be good to have some enrichment data that can tell more information about the listener. Example, listener.0.0.0.0_10443.plugins_wasm_hello_world_request_headers_added{} 3.
