Summary

We should add automation that keeps https://github.com/elastic/docs-builder/blob/main/docs/source/index.md in sync with https://github.com/elastic/docs-builder/blob/main/README.md. This will reduce duplication and ensure that the docs are always up-to-date in both locations.
