Is it possible to create a mod file from the files on the computer?

Hello,

There is a mod I've downloaded a while ago that I wanted to show my friends, but it seems that a number of game files have gone missing from the cloud in the meantime and now everything loads correctly for me, but not for my friends.

Is it possible to create a mod file from the files already on my computer that I can send the missing textures to my friends? If not, would you consider adding this feature?
