As user I'm able to look on the helper icon in right top corner. Click on it should show/hide popup with main functionality / shortkeys / examples
This popup should be closed on close/hide button

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Icon should be in top/rigth corner
  2. Click on it should show/hide popup with info
  3. The popup consists data from readme.md about functionality / shortkeys / examples
