Submission and 3rd place winner for the IEEE Expound Hackathon

Description

This web application predicts the performance of a given employee by utilizing a trained ML Model which uses Random Forest Classification for prediction. Upload an Excel sheet with the given parameters and the application returns another excel sheet with an additional column which is the performance rating of every employee.
