No focus outlines on anchors

Hi,

Focus outlines have been removed which makes it difficult to see what has focus when tabbing through the document.

Would be good to have a base focus state that has sufficient contrast rather than a default of outline: none. This doesn't have to be the ugly blue browser default but could be set as a default variable to override.
