samples assume windows path names, not linux #6705

Use of backslashes in file names.

)

Replace paths in strings with the appropriate builder that will generate file name with Unix conventions ("/") or Windows ("")

The SyntaxTransformationQuickStart lab does not run OOB on Linux.
