DjangoCon US is organized and run by volunteers from the Python and Django community.

• January: Splash page
• January 26th: Site launch / Call for proposals (talks and tutorials)
• April: Full website
• May 15th: Talk and tutorial proposals due
• June 1st: Announce selected talks and tutorials
• June 10th: Announce conference schedule
