Request for tool tip text? In the Library, in a title pop-up window with the 7 square buttons at the top with icons in,

I noticed that with the new UI, in library titles pop-up windows I see the 7 top square buttons with icons in but hadn't a clue what the buttons actually do apart from the cast icon which I recognised?

Would it be possible to add tool tip text on mouse hover on each button to describe what each do?
