Hi,

You must unzip the zip file, and use an image writer tool to write the image to an SD card.
Please note: Just copying the img file to the SD card will NOT work, it must be written as an image, not copied as a file.

Something like: https://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/

might work!
