Compare with rails-composer

There are few similar projects do the same we want to achieve:

• https://github.com/RailsApps/rails_apps_composer
• https://github.com/thoughtbot/suspenders

Does it make sense to use that projects and not to overwrite everything from scratch?

I've spent some time to investigate this, and by results I can say that we don't really need to write everything from scratch. Furthermore, we can do almost everything using rails-composer. I don't see any obstacles now.
