Objective: Identify rerank systems that best fit our application’s needs and recommend an implementation strategy.
Details:
- Explore various reranking systems (e.g., BERT-based rerankers, LLM-assisted reranking).
- Evaluate options based on relevance, performance, and resource requirements.
- Provide recommendations with trade-offs and proposed next steps for implementation.

Dependencies: Knowledge of current vector search engine and retrieval systems.

Acceptance Criteria:

Research completed with a report on suitable rerank systems.
Clear recommendations on implementation strategy and next steps.
