Objective: Use a free open-source LLM to extract detailed PICO metadata from all documents (we currently use OpenAI).

Dependencies: LLM deployed via OpenShift.

Acceptance Criteria:
• PICO metadata extracted and indexed for all documents.
• Metadata available for query and filtering operations.

Priority: Medium
