Enable Project Creation and Research Query Management

Objective: Allow users to create projects and define research queries under them.

Details:
• Implement a form to create and manage projects.
• Enable the addition of multiple research queries within each project.
• Store queries in the backend database and associate them with projects.

Dependencies: Backend API for project and query management.

Acceptance Criteria:
• Users can create, edit, and delete projects.
• Research queries can be added and managed within each project.
