Collapsible Requirements

It'd be great if things like this:

[ ] 6.S04
[ ] 6.02
[✓] 6.03

could be collapsed to look like this:

[✓] 1 from: (6.03) [+]

This change would make major requirements much easier to read and navigate by allowing users to collapse sub-requirements they have already decided on or met.
