basic functionality

-would be useful to know how many people run notedeck (which is different than how many people post using notedeck)
-data must be anonymized (cannot contain npub, IP address, or other info that can be used to attribute usage to an individual)

advanced/yet to be defined

-which features are used

@ksedgwic mentions hyperloglog - counter of unique actions - maybe this could be used to track anonymized analytics
