Currently assets are rather inaccessible to end users who might not be familiar with, or confident using snippets. For those people the use of Asset Manager is entirely template dependent.
The obvious example would be a simple case of inserting an image asset into the resource content as you would normally using the TinyMCE "Insert/Edit Image" button.
Perhaps a TinyMCE "Insert/Edit Asset", or a file-type-sensitive popup for insertion configuration.
