I want to use Pytorch(https://github.com/kamata1729/QATM_pytorch) written in the README in my software and want to include it in my software distribution.
Can I just comply with the MIT License for this?
QATM(https://github.com/cplusx/QATM) is available only for non-commercial or academic purposes, but does Pytorch only have to comply with the obligations of MIT?

Can Pytorch (https://github.com/kamata1729/QATM_pytorch) be considered separate from the QATM(https://github.com/cplusx/QATM)'s License?
