Feature Request: Return NumerBay buyer's NMR if modeler file not submitted by round start

Feature Request for NumerBay

As a buyer on NumerBay, I want my NMR returned to me if a modeler doesn't submit the file by deadline so that I have peace of mind.

How it works today:

• I navigate to NumerBay and I select an item to purchase. Let's use houshou as an example because it is a profile that doesn't contain the "Ready" like other NumerBay prediction files.
• I purchase the predictions for 1 NMR and then I wait / hope / pray that the modeler will recognize my purchase, and get the file submitted in time.
• If they do submit the file in time, then great. No action is needed.
• If they don't submit the file in time however, my 1 NMR payment still goes to the modeler AND I don't get my predictions. As a NumerBay buyer who is trying to do a portfolio approach, it's critical that I get the modeler predictions (best outcome), or at least get my money returned to me (okay outcome).

This isn't a great experience for the buyer as I simply lose my NMR or have to figure out a work around with the modeler on a future discount. While I will acknowledge that the "on time" info in a seller's profile is helpful, it doesn't resolve the angst for buyers.

How a new feature might solve this:

If NumerBay had a feature like escrow, a buyer's NMR can sit in escrow and only go to a modeler when the file is submitted on-time. And if the file isn't submitted on time, the buyer's NMR may be returned to the buyer.

As a buyer on NumerBay, I feel much more comfortable buying predictions with the green "Ready" than from ones without it.
