Updating services pages for Appwrite and Pocketbase

Appwrite through the default settings on one click install does not work due to "Strip Prefixes" being enabled on all changeable urls, I believe this should either be clarified within the Coolify documentation or default behavior changed in this instance. (Issue has been brought up a few times in discord)

Pocketbase one click install is fine however the default navigation points to a non existing endpoint
e.g www.pocketbase.example.com
versus the correct
www.pocketbase.example.com/_/

However that was not my main issue I saw, another point is that the user first time creation is hidden within the logs for the URL, and if the docker container is restarted this url to create the first admin account will not show again, so I believe this should especially be clarified in the documentation https://coolify.io/docs/services/pocketbase
