%method-doc works by generating Markdown with @@doc tokens based on JSON data, then processing that Markdown. @@doc tokens are handled by globally replacing strings, and is buggy (#47). Rewrite %method-doc to generate HTML directly instead.

Remove @@doc tokens, and %doc/%doc-block blocks. These are only used in a few challenges, and there's no way to "fix" incorrect translation, either.
