Enable edition and deletion of solutions.

Hi, when I've submitted one solution I can review them and then, there's a button to "refactor" them.
What that button actually does is creating a fork of the original, leaving it untouched and letting you create a new one.
My suggestions are:

• Relabel the button "refactor" of the solutions of the profile as "fork". (Create new solution from a previous existing one)
• Allow me to actually "refactor" an existing solution by editing it, not just creating a new one. (Update existing solution)
• Allow me to delete solutions, submitted or not. (Delete existing solution)

With these 3 actions the C R U D is covered for solutions.
