"The toolbar across the top, HOME, MAP, LIST, etc goes back to the City Groups home page most of the time. For example, if I click on a particular Blockwatch to see more details, then the toolbar at the top takes me out of Blockwatch to City Groups instead of back to the Blockwatch home page.
