rename of block watch captain directory suggestion

I’d suggest renaming the tool as it appears on the home page to eliminate the emphasis on the Captain. We’d prefer “Block Watch Finder”, Block Watch Group Finder”, “Block Watch Group Directory” or “Block Watch Directory” rather than “Block Watch Captain Directory”. The reasoning is that quite a few groups have multiple captains like our own block; also, many of the folks looking to see if there is a group near their location are looking for a group, not a person.
