Hi,

1. As an idea, list could be taken from the voluntar.md admin dashboard (separate project, need @johnsmithm to confirm if possible) or it could be set up as dummy text and animation to mimic "live list of requests".
2. "Preia apelul" sends to "Devino voluntar". See Clickable Prototype for reference
3. Here's a folder with all icons
   Added some behaviours and explanations in Figma ("design system").

Additional explanations:

• The purpose of the list is to show visitors that people have real needs and it's happening realtime (without disclosing personal info). There are dozens of incoming requests per day, sometimes help is urgent. This list gives a glimpse into how it works in the background.
• We have 3 rows on screen at all times. Let's imagine a new row appearing at the top, once every ~15 seconds. New row becomes top add docker file #1 row, so last row is pushed down (disappears), so only 3 rows remain on screen.

1. yes it is possible, but we need to create a new endpoint to be able to show part of the request that is not personal information(A dummy text is also ok) But, the landing page has low priority at the moment, we need to focus on the admin functionality.
