Modify custom request lookup link integrations

The custom request lookup link integrations uses the old on hover / IOC detection mechanism to create the URL links to the extension wizard. This method is slow and has issues like in gmail web interface the URL becomes corrupt.

The objective here will be to use the same popup method the current on hover uses except to create a button to move to the wizard page.
