Add schedule expression capability to the module

Describe the Feature

We need schedule_expression in this module to send events by configured schedule.

Expected Behavior

Module which has schedule_expression variable to configure event schedule.

Use Case

Need to trigger AWS lambdas periodically, I see the only way to achieve it by scheduled event.
