🚀 Feature Request: Add Workflow pause and resume to miniflare

While Workflows can be paused and resumed in the actual environment, these methods are not supported in miniflare, making local testing of workflows difficult.

It is also quite misleading that the Workers documentation seems to suggest that Workflows is fully supported for local development.

This is a good point. Thank you for reporting. I agree that suggesting that our entire API surface is supported in local development is misleading. An associated PR will add a foot note for now.

We are investigating how to implement these and will report back. Tl dr; pause and resume rely on the ability to kill a specific DO thread. Doing this locally in miniflare kills the entire session IIRC.
