Describe the Bug

It looks like the devtools launched from wrangler have a bug where the ⌘- key to zoom out works, but ⌘+ to zoom back in does not, and neither does ⌘0 to reset.

Fortunately I found that I could click the magnifying glass in the address bar to reset/adjust as a workaround.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to https://devtools.devprod.cloudflare.dev/js_app
2. Press ⌘- to zoom out, should work
3. Try pressing ⌘+ or ⌘0 to reset, doesn't work

Please provide any relevant error logs
