What is the problem?
Tested in Dev and Test App in Firefox

@BeccaMelhuish @DiverVM we probably haven't discussed this, but the admins own "draft" ideas show up as voting options in Voting->Choose from ideas in both Dev and Test.

Why is this a problem?
Quite low priority because only the admins own draft ideas show up. Not draft ideas from the other users.

Possible solution.
@BeccaMelhuish I think own draft ideas should not show up as voting options?
