LOGIN: Slow loading and HTTP error at a specific point of time

What is the problem?
Tested in Test environment in Google Chrome in incognito mode

At around 00:00 Tallinn Time, when the user entered their email and password into login, they had to wait for around 15 seconds (screenshot1) and then got the HTTP error (screenshot2).

Why is this a problem?
Only occurred the first time, so probably not high priority. Just adding it, in case it sheds any light on the HTTP issues.

Possible solution.
Would be good to know why it was loading so slowly at that specific point
