What is the problem?

In the new join pop-ups design, we're currently missing this bit (from issue #1376):

Why is this a problem?

Would be great to user test with it there if possible, but not urgent :)

Possible solution

Add it as per the design to all join pop-ups, and have it link to https://citizenos.com/, opening up in a new tab.
