Not able to add 1password.com to the preload list

I am getting an error that our domains are listed in the publicsuffix.org. We had them removed a few months ago:

Issues with an outdated publix suffix list happen every once in a while, e.g. chromium/hstspreload#79
The Go package hasn't been updated since February: https://github.com/chromium/hstspreload

I'll poke the Go package, but for now I recommend that you send an email to the contact address at https://hstspreload.org/?domain=1password.com#contact to add the domains manually.

Oh, wait, that appears to be listed under the old bulk-18-weeks policy. Are you sure it was removed?
