Transients don't appear to be working? #41

Posted this at https://www.chriswgerber.com/dfp-ads/import-from-csv/ but then realised it's on awaiting moderation weeks later, so figured I should come and post it here where others can see it :)

For some reason, the transients don’t appear to be working. I changed them to update_option / set_option so that I can use the importer for now, but I’m not sure what the actual issue is behind them (by the way, the transient names should probably also be prefixed to avoid collisions)
