I'm getting an error from the input-function. It seems to get the import to work you need to alter the csv-file contents to match column names to English.

People using DFP with another language than english get the csv-file headings in their own language.

For instance swedish users get the following headers:

Kod,Namn,Storlekar,Beskrivning,Aktiverad för AdSense,Kantfärg,Rubrikfärg,Bakgrundsfärg,Textfärg,Webbadressfärg,Placeringar,Målfönster,Annonstyp,Målplattform,Mobilplattform

Hmm. Thanks for bringing this to my attention: It's an interesting problem.

The CSV file headings correspond to meta values in the database. When the CSV is imported, it matches up the provided CSV headings from the DFP export to the expected values for the import.

I'll plan to improve i18n in a future update. With labels properly i18nized, it can be localized to different regions. Hopefully that will fix this problem.

Thanks for the report!
