测试2018-02 返回29 实际是28天 ^^

Date.js中的formatTime 下的 formatObj[key] 没有处理到礼拜天的情况 :）

还有一个 formatTime 下的这段代码 if ((time + '').length === 10) {
time = +time * 1000
} 没看明白，是为了处理什么呢？
