"Unable to locate packge" #16

Hi folks,
I love this icon theme and i followed the 3 lines of code but when i tried to install it i get the error message:

Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package captiva-icon-theme

Its a repo problem? or I did something wrong?
