Get DRS candidate list

/query/table//AO_should_upload_to_DRS?R_RES could be expanded to get all the works that are DRS eligible. Don't worry if they have HOLLIS Ids, I track that in my DRS tracking database. I'm not sure what the criteria are, except:

• Not FPL or Khmer (language in (Tibetan, Sanskrit, chinese)?
• Not copyrighted or restricted
• has 1 or more image groups.

@eroux @JannTibetan What else should be in the formal requirement for a DRS candidate?

the current criteria are:

• not FPL or Khmer

I can add:

• only released works
• works with at least 1 image

but I think we should send copyrighted and restricted material
