Seedpicker wallet setup - export public key

During the setup of the seedpicker wallet, instructions are given to write down the seed and export the public key while practicing with "zoo zoo... buddy". In the "Do It Live" section, it's not made explicitly clear that the public keys should be exported again after generating with the new seed words. (I presume most people will understand that they should write down their new seed word and generated 24th word, but may neglect to export the new public key.) It might be safer to explicitly state those both steps need to be followed again, with the live seed.

Furthermore, the instructions specify that all removable media should be removed prior to doing it live. What is the guidance for safely saving the public key information?
