AWS IAM deprecated managed policies in use by User in Checkov

Describe the issue
We have a security policy that needs to implement 'AWS IAM deprecated managed policies in use by User' do we have an existing Checkov built-in policy to check on this or Is it possible to create a custom checkov? I am having a hard time how can I do it? Hoping for any help
