Child device to parent connection over server #46

If direct connections e.g. in a hotel wireless network are forbidden, it would be useful to connect the child device to the parent device over a central server. The server code itself should also be open source and it should be possible to self host such a server.

Requiring a separate server to route the audio traffic would be out of scope of this project. The idea is how some other projects handle this. If someone from the community were interested in creating such a server and hosting it, there may be a case for also having this app updated to support it.
