Sibelia run as:
-s loose -m 50000
on bacterial assembly, output is fine.
Running sortsqequences.py in output folder (with circos folder inside) gives:
chromosome [block_00] not in karyotype file at /usr/local/bin/circos-tools-0.22/tools/orderchr/bin/orderchr line 871, line 17.
