BEAST output files not saving

HI everyone,

I've tried running 200 mil MCMC BEAST runs but the log and tree files only contain ~17 mil MCMC and they're not being updated as the run goes along. Even when the run is finished, the files are not being updated. Am I missing something simple? There is loads of space in my storage drive.
