Describe the bug
After I removed all quotes, the screen saver stops showing the images. All I can see is a black screen. I also can't click into the options anymore.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Remove all quotes

Expected behavior
It still shows images.
I can click into the options as usual.

Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ventura
  • Version 13.2.1

Additional context
Deleting and re-installing the screen saver won't work.

Are you trying to make it a screensaver with just the images without text?
This is not the intended purpose, so this is not supported. However, you can add that feature by creating a pull request.
As a workaround, try having a space " " character as the quote instead of making it empty. You'll need to reinstall the screensaver first because the settings screen is now unable to run.
