setRawMode EPERM error when creating new user on amplify

Expected behavior

i wanted to create the new user giving the profile name , after entering the access key and the secret access key

Hey @basadee, thank you for reaching out. The error appears to be due to a permission issue when trying to create a new user. Do you experience a similar error message when utilizing a AWS CLI such as running aws configure and setting the keys?

Hey @basadee , thank you for confirming this. Wanted to get some additional information.

  1. How was Node/npm installed? was this installed as administrator?
  2. what is the output of npm bin -g and which amplify.
  3. Do you have an existing ~/aws directory? Could you check the permission set on the folder.
