Description

I'm following the tutorial here: https://docs.amplify.aws/gen2/start/quickstart/vite-react-app/
The app works locally and the sandbox works.

everything works good until I get to the step for "Deploy and host a fullstack branch"

https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/amplify/create

1- I choose source code provider as github
image
2- On the 2nd step I'm able to select my repository branch
image
3- Then once I hit save and deploy I get this error, with no logs or no useful messages to debug

### Thanks for your help. This is on the tutorial path so many people are affected and prevents adoption for Gen2

Hey @moatazsoli, thank you for reaching out. Are you able to create a Gen 1 app using the build an app on the Amplify console? if you are observing a similar error, could you open a support case, refer to the comment providing additional information.

turned out to be an account issue. Raised a ticket/support case and they resolved it in 1 day. Great turnaround.

Hey @moatazsoli . When you raised a ticket for this issue, did you choose "Technical" or "Account and Billing"?
