Support for Ionic 1.2 and +

Ionic team has introduced new slidebox directive under 1.2+.

With this update, they have changed the way we use slidebox component.

Any plans to update ionic-wizard to support this?

@niyando I have updated the component to support Ionic 1.2. Could you please check the new release 2.0 ? It's available via bower already. Thanks!
