Feature request: autostart option

I've created a service to automatically start joal and the webui when the machine boots.
However, when I do that, ratio spoofing immediately starts when the machine boots.
Is there a way to start the web ui but do not start spoofing immediately and wait for the user to click the start button?
Maybe this requires to add an autostart option, default value would be true, and I could turn it off in my scenario.
If course, the alternative is to connect to the machine, stop the service, and start it only when needed.
