Rabbits refusing to pick up one token refuse all

If I made a rabbit a climber, then make it a blocker, then place a climber token on it, it will not pick up the climber token because it's already a climber.

That is good.

But, if I then place another token on it (e.g. a building token), it will not pick that up either, even though it has space to build.

That is bad.

I expected the blocker to pick up the builder token (as it would normally) even when it already has a token on the same square that it is ignoring.
