No Icons In Folder 3D Touch Menu #3

Icon spaces are just whited out for folders as seen here https://i.imgur.com/xDkobZx.png

Also check on the dock not working again since the 11.0.2 Peek-a-boo. Seems to work on my SE now with that version

If you are using LittleX 3D touch will not working in the dock
